How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the typing test service
  • To save and sync your progress across devices (Google login only)

Public Profiles and Search Indexing

If you create a public profile, some profile information may be visible to other users and search engines.

  • Public profile data may include: username, display name, avatar, bio, typing stats, badges, activity summaries, and joined month/year.
  • Search visibility: Public profile pages may be crawled and indexed by search engines.
  • Your controls: You can edit public profile fields at any time, change your username, or delete your account to remove profile data from our active platform.
  • De-indexing delay: After profile changes or deletion, cached search results may remain temporarily until search engines recrawl and update their index.

Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Opt-out & Object: Stop using the service, disable analytics cookies via our consent prompt, or opt out of personalized ads at any time.

European Economic Area & UK Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our processing of your personal information is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act:

Children's Privacy

TypingTestGo is suitable for all ages. However, we require parental consent for users under 13 to sign in with Google. Quick Mode and Guest Mode can be used by anyone without age restrictions.
